Normal Dispatch Times:

Orders placed before 4pm on any working day are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed between 4pm on Friday and 4pm on Monday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding public/bank holidays).

1. Shipping

At wineracksstore.com, we use a variety of international shipping and services depending on the size, weight and delivery destination of your products.

Among the shipping companies we currently use are TNT, FedEx, DHL.

2. Delivery

Unless otherwise stated and unless extra obligations arise, all our shipments are free of charge.

3. Delivery Instructions/Requirments

Please note that delivery instructions entered with your order are at your own risk. For example, the phrase ‘If you are out please leave it at the door’ is deemed to be delivered by the courier. This is then deemed to be your responsibility.

If there are any special delivery requirements, they must be specified at the time of your order. Anything that may restrict or prevent a delivery must be presented e.g. restrictions, narrow access, gravel roads, no pavements, property on a bend, busy main road, restricted parking, size of delivery vehicle, access to property etc. It will be your responsibility to prevent or delay the attempted delivery.

Please Note: We reserve the right not to deliver orders where we believe the address is unsafe, such as a communal postal address or post box. If this affects an order you place, we will inform you as soon as possible.

4. Delivered Items

As soon as we receive your goods, you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver the goods to the address specified in the order. (Couriers may attempt to deliver your goods to a neighbour but will leave a note). From the moment of receipt of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods is at your own risk. You must note any transport damage, shortages or incorrect goods on the delivery note at the time of delivery and inform the courier of this.

5. Damaged Goods

We take great care when packing and despatching your goods and ensure that you receive them in perfect condition and safe and sound. However, if your goods are damaged on delivery, please email info@wineracksstore.com or call +90212 6464266 as soon as possible.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 14 working days after placing your order. Please notify us by e-mail at sale@wineracksstore.com, specifying ‘Order Cancellation’ as the subject and including all order details (name, products, order number, etc.) in the correspondence.

After we receive your e-mail notification, we will send you a confirmation e-mail stating that you have reached us in this regard. You can send to this address with any cargo company.

Cancelled orders will be fully refunded.

Please Note: We will accept all returns within 14 days from the time the order is placed, for whatever reason. However, please note that all shipping costs and the responsibility of the product until it reaches us belongs to the returning customer.
