RETURNS
1. Product Return
First download and fill in the Customer Return Form. Then do not forget to send it to us together with the product you are about to return (please note that all return shipping costs belong to you)!
All goods returned for exchange and not received back in the condition in which they were originally sent (including packaging) will be subject to a charge that covers the cost of the goods and the costs of repackaging. That is, if goods are returned unwanted we will resell them, but this cannot happen with damaged or marked packaging. This does not affect any legal rights you may have.
2. Returns Service
All goods purchased from our website can be returned to us. You must send all unwanted goods back to us in unused, resalable condition. Clearly label your name (the sender of the goods) when returning the goods so that we can process and refund you as soon as possible.
Things to Remember:
- We recommend returning the goods by a registered delivery method, as proof of return may be required. Goods must also be insured in case they are damaged during return transport. If the goods are damaged by the carrier and couriers you choose to use, this is your responsibility.
- If the device has been removed from its outer packaging, installed and/or used or can no longer be sold as new, an appropriate discount will be applied to the refund due.
- We may request photographic evidence of the device before collection.
- We reserve the right to claim for any damage to the device(s) while the goods are in your possession. However, this does not affect your statutory rights.
- Consequently, your order will be processed less any refund of money paid, applicable collection charges and/or charges relating to missing accessories, manuals and components.
